Justin leisenheimer

Justin Leisenheimer joined Palladium Window Solutions in 2017 and has served as its Senior Vice President for the past three years. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales, managing existing client relationships, and generating new business. Prior to joining Palladium Window Solutions, Justin was the Director of Operations at Titanium Scaffold Services, where he managed the company’s day-to-day operations and its field labor force.  He is also a proud member of the committee for Autism Speaks.

Andrew has been in the building maintenance industry for over 10 years. Since 2021, he has led operations for Palladium’s team of over 100 window cleaners fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. His ability to coordinate and oversee large teams, even in complex projects, has been instrumental in our success and client satisfaction.
